Implementation of a unified system for Voice and eCommunication recording and archiving. As-Is and To-Be analysis of the Voice Recording system. The bank’s old system is fragmented and does not cover Mobile Voice Recording and Skype for Business communications.
Improved the bank’s bespoke Architecture Framework based on TOGAF.
Created the unified architecture for Voice Data Recording and Archiving Design.
Guided build, testing and implementation of the Regulatory Retention Rules Engine.
Provided COTS Recording product analysis for NICE Systems and Verba Systems.

National Army Information Systems Company
Upgrade of a heavily customised ISM Maximo 7.1 system to a SCCD 7.5 system that is as close to Out-Of-The-Box as possible, at the same time ensuring integrations with external systems do not need to be altered outside of SCCD.
Delivered the design, build and implemention of integrations to multiple external systems (SAP, Omnibus, bespoke location system, etc.), Workflows, Scripts for Autoscripting (Jython), Birt reports, DB2 Functions/Procedure/Views, GUI configurations and identified the test strategy for the integrations.

Engineering group in tooling, materials, mining and construction
Design and implementation of an ISM (IBM Service Management) environment on a shared environment. Provided lead architecture services for several integration bridges between the customer’s Service Management System and IBM’s ISM and between IBM’s subcontractors systems and IBM’s ISM ensuring end-to-end integrity is maintained.

Large Scandinavian Bank
Design and implementation of a dedicated ISM (IBM Service Management) environment to be used by the bank’s service provider staff and the bank’s employees throughout Scandinavia. Provided chief architect services for the full life cycle including infrastructure, integration, data migration, security, testing, and performance.

Large European Airport
Design and implementation of Maximo including mobile and integration solutions. Provided lead architecture services for the mobile solution, data migration, hosting and Integrations to Oracle Applications, Airport Control Center System, GIS, EDMS, Insurance Claim System

Major Railway Company
Design and implementation of Maximo and Websphere Process Server. Provided lead architecture services for a system landscape where Maximo serves as one of the three major pillars of an enterprise solution using a Websphere Enterprise Bus to exchange data between all systems. The systems include SAP Fico, SAP Lima, Maximo and several smaller applications.

Water Treatment Company
Design and implementation of Maximo. The maintenance system is one part of an enterprise solution using an Websphere Enterprise Bus to exchange data between all systems. The systems include financials, HR, scheduling, cost calculation and maintenance.
